Rental payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. 
Payment accepted: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Personal check. Within 14 days of arrival, only credit card can be accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy: 30 day notice= full refund (-$25 processing fee). Less than 30 day notice=only deposit is refunded, unless rebooked for same time (-$25 processing fee).
Full refund is given in the event of a hurricane warning and/or evacuation.
Minimum age for renters is 23 years old please.
